I seem to finally have my Vedolizumab working took 8 months and liquid diets and prayer :-). Yep I can handle little amounts of sweets. Like a few chocolate chips in my oatmeal with morning. Take care.

I used to drink a tea form of Milk Thistle which slightly helped......you've made me want to look into again. So many teas give to really bad heartburn.

The MRE with barium found my fistula once when nothing else did. Had to lick a saltine cracker to not throw up that chalky stuff. It's hard when you are scared to eat but so hungry. My go to is Lipton chicken noodle soup in a box. Tiny thin noodles and only chicken broth you can sip it the...

Was diagnosed 16 years ago about and went through a lot of medications and surgery. Tried elimination diet, Jordan Rubin diet, European diet, vegetarian diet....all seem to help some.... and for awhile.... but the big bad wolf is always lurking in the intestines. I had a couple year remission...
