Thanks DCCrohns it’s tricky finding what works for you. People at work ask me why I am not eating during the day but it bloats me and makes me tired. It’s how I fell into the trap of drinking Diet Coke which is a bloating/trapped wind problems all of its own! :)

Hi victorcdrm thanks for responding. I have strong ear pain that results in my ear canal closing up and I get prescribed steroid drops. Thanks for your advice I have tried the throat sprays also but they don’t seem to do anything for me either. Kind Regards Jon
