    Hi I take prednisilone as and when required. Aloe vera and slippery elm . I definately find that stress aggrevates my crohns big time. I try and eat healthily but often I am "well" when I've eaten rubbish! Don't know how that works.

    Help/Advice? Going to London... really scared.... panic central.....

    Was lucky and never actually needed to "go". I would just hop off, find a loo at the station or cafe, then hop back on again. Buy a two day ticket or whatever u need. U can go pretty much anywhere then. We stayed at covent garden, have a lovely time

    Eating after 8pm

    Thanks . Will try and " train" my other half to gave Sunday lunch at lunch time! Hopefully it will make me feel a lot better

    Eating after 8pm

    Does anyone else find that eating after 8pm upsets their crohns. We tend to have Sunday roast in the evening and I'm always much worse on a Monday morning

    You will be fine. Went for a weekend to london in may. Lots of toilets everywhere have a good time x
