It's great it's going the right way in the U.S ..... just wish the U.K would take note. So then me and others here could try different types to see which one works best. I really don't like the high. but a little bit before bed if it will make the night more comfortable and the morning less...

Hi #little bit of background# I have UC ... and have had for about 10 years (only diagnosed 2 years ago). I take pentasa suppositories, loperamide hydrocloride, co-codamol and prescribed yesterday * mezavant 1200mg x2 a day ... and also sachets of fybogel. (i haven't started these yet)...

This happens to me quite a bit... well from time to time. I'm not a big sweetcorn eater... I hadn't really thought about it being IBD related .... but i suppose if it happens often... maybe it's something worth mentioning to your doctor. I know i will next time i go after seeing this. hope...

thanks horse lover and nitty! yer i've been prescribed 2 a day.. so dont know when to take the other one (its tricky to fit it into the day as i go to college now) most the morning is spent going to the toilet as you can imagine.:poo: il think of something. sounds like they have really worked...

also i was reading on here earlier about diet and things. i am a vegetarian but have found after 8 years of trying, cutting foods out and changing diet hasn't made much difference FOR ME so i've given up trying.. i know with some people it helps.
