Hi all, I have been having ongoing perianal problems (abscesses, Fistulas, fissures) since 2010. In 2011 I had 2 fistulotomys and I&D of the abscesses then 5 months later, I had to have another abscess drained, 5 days later another. Antibiotics seem to keep them at bay if I catch them early...
