Jack scopes looked perfectly normal today.....so we are really back to square one... Unless Jack gets really sick again we our going to not do any further testing.....we just feel like hes been through so much... Thanks for all the support!

They wanted me to do four days of 3/4 capsules of miarlax twice a day....so they only scope on monday so it starts on thursday....he can have breakfast on sunday morning then only clear liquids and nothing after 5am...on monday...... I really dont want to do the miralax again.....but they said...

We had our appt with the GI today.... Jack will have his endoscopy and colonsocopy on April 9th.....the GI does not want to do but I told her I would like to rule crohns out if she doesnt believe he has it.... She is still convinced that he has a milk protein allergy so she put him on Ellacare...

Today is our appt with the GI doctor....... Hope it turns out okay....since she doesnt believe he has crohns Im going armed with some other possibilites...... I have been doing so reading and he fits Primary Immunodeficiency(sp?) pretty good.... I will update when we get home....its a late...

What is the blood test for crohn's.....if that is a positive and he doesnt have crohns what else could it be??? Said something about antibiodies???

His GI doctor is at our only Childrens Hospital......Im going to ask today for a different referral to a new GI.....We live in a small town so Im not sure if theres more than one....:(

Today the GI doctor called (well the nurse) and said she would NOT be scoping Jack because although his blood test showed no antibiodies(sp) <I hope Im right on that> she does NOT believe Jack has crohn's becuase of his age...(17months) So are appt on Monday will be a routine check...
