1 month on Mercaptopurine

Been on the 6mp for a month,took a blood test today,my GI will call if everything looks alright and bump my dose to 75mg, so far so good,I'm not sure why but I've put on about 5 lbs since my surgery in late July,I quess all have to push away from the table a little sooner.Playing golf again now, so the memory of the surgery is fading away as I get back to my routine.Thanks for reading. Hope everybody is doing well.

Presumably you have put on weight because you are absorbing food better. 5lb since July is nothing. I have put on 9lb since the end of August! Will be buying another new set of clothes if it carries on!
