Aight, I had to share this with everyone. For so long I have been wanting to reach out to people with Crohns and well, had no clue this place was around so I started a blog the night before i found this place so you all can take a wild guess that not too many people have found it yet, but someone has and I must say the comment they left after my last post has me very happy. They do not have Crohns but they mentioned that they were really interested in it mostly I guess because I broke it down what "genetic autoimmune" was because for the past year I kept thinking it ment someone littterally had Crohns in my family for me to have it and I know other people ask that too and we all know Dr's dont put anything into English.... anyhoo tho, just having someone tell me that the writing i have done so far on there was good and tell me to keep at it has me feeling very happy! I guess we all managed to find ourselves here on these forums to find other people like ourselves, but now with this blog I have noticed that I will not only connect with people who have Crohn's but I am also able to spread the word on this little known or barely heard of illness to all types of people. In the past year or so it has been talked about more on Tv and all but still so many people have no clue what it is. Honestly, right after being diagnosed, I told a neighbor I had it... they said "yea men suck huh" they seriously thought it was an STD (at least i was able to some what let them know what it really was and now I know alot more ways of explaining it to people)... so maybe that is part of the reason why it is my life goal to talk so much about it... that seriously hit me in a very bad way  so Ill shut up now, just had to share my little moment of joy because the pain in my side is telling me it might be short lived, thankx for reading about it
