Hello everyone!
I recently got my blood tested as my Lipase level had been 96, and apparently through the second blood test it had lowered back to normal level. However, my ESR and CRP quant was high, pointing to inflammation somewhere in my body.

I'm glad I'm a step closer to figuring out what's going on with my body! :) Having an endoscopy tomorrow, will post results when I get them!

Does anyone know exactly what high ESR and CRP quants can point to? Or what exactly it's all about? Thanks!

Thank you for reading!

ESR & CRP are non-specific markers of inflammation in the body. It really can't tell you any more than that i'm afraid.

I've had high CRP for 8 years and no diagnosis yet, they can't find anything else abnormal, I appear to be a strange case though because I don't respond to steroids either!

Good luck for tomorrow
