Accutane responsible for Crohn's Disease

Sometimes I look at the little adverts and such that come up on the top of the forum and this one caught my eye. So, I never took Accutane. I must've got Crohn's then by association to someone who took Accutane, yeah, yeah, that's it. Maybe it could trigger Crohn's, but calling it a possible cause is like saying the possible cause of the cereal getting soggy in my bowl was because of the bug that got in it, even though there was already milk in there. I guess I just get irritated with the "possible cause" line they like to throw around, like if I just hadn't taken some acne drug I never woulda got Crohn's. Now, saying it could trigger Crohn's in those susceptible to the disease? That I can deal with, but possible cause leads one to believe that they are saying that the Accutane is responsible for Crohn's.
