Have recently told my employer about me having a form of UC. Needless to say they wanted to know absolutely everything imaginable regarding my illness, appointments, meds... the lot. I live in the UK, and was wondering if someone could give me info as to what rights I or my employer have regarding my condition because I am worried they may decide to terminate my employment as i may be unable to attend work as much as "they" want due to flare ups..

i think this may be a form of harrassement. well that is how I would have felt in your position. I doubt an employer has the right to question you this much on your medical condition. Consult your union if you have one. The government should also have a office for worker right protection. we have one in canada.
