I find that I like almonds and my stocmach likes them to. I can immedaitely tell I feel better. It's not just the almonds on ym stocmah .. there is soemthign wonderful as soon as I start eating them. A friend of mien said almonds are "grounding". Whatever aht emans it jsut feels good to eat them. I am going to try and eat a handful every day.
I also liek Basmati rice. Just started eating it last year. it has a woody nutty taste to it. Very good. I find other rices too boring and not so flavourful. I'd have to pile lots of sauce on them or I'd be bored.

I love batsmati rice!! It's all I use. I absolutely love the smell of it when it's cooking!
Almond are great aswell, I eat a ton of them, I'm just always really careful to make sure I chew them really well just in case.

I can't do nuts themselves, they hurt too much, but I love almond milk and almond butter. I don't do dairy so I use almond milk in place of regular milk in my cereal. It's really tasty! I haven't tried basmati rice but I will add it to my list of things to try.

By the Bloody Hell! It's Brian!

Yeah, holy moly, haven't seen Fog Ducker around in a while!

Almonds are super good for you! I can't get enough almond milk - love it!

In addition to basmati rice, I love jasmine rice! Mmmmmm......

Hey guys!!!! Yeah I'm back! Sorry, took quite the hiatus, been really busy the past year. But all is good I'm health and feeling great. I hope all of you are doing well and glad to see some of you guys are still on here. :D

Ok enough of my hyjacking! :p
Those Blue Diamond almonds are awesome!! They have some other really good flavours aswell. They are just so dam expensive!
I'll have to pick up some jasmine rice and give it a try. :)

I love almonds, but I can't tolerate nuts most of the time. I do use almond flour in baking some times - and I'm fine with that.

Sushi rice, Jasmine, and Basmati rice are the only rices I cook with. Love basmati rice!
