Does anyone know of an alternative for the Prometheus test?

Which prometheus test? The one that checks trough levels, the one for antibodies or the genetic one that determines between UC and CD?

At one time, there was only that(prometheus labs) that carried out thone tests. I've not heard that it has changed.
