Always in search of more info

Hi,

I have had Crohn's disease for over half my life. I am always in search of others who courageously battle this often vicious disease. I have been through every drug and now have a colostomy, as of last year.
Where am I going next to quiet this disease of mine? Well....LDN.
Hence how I found this site
Kinda scary to think I have exhausted my avenues for treating this horrible disease!

HI Bluezz, welcome to the forum i have been battling with disease for 21 years and it's quite a battle. trying to keep under control. but , I have been in remission for 15 years now. and now out of the blue it flare up again i am on preds and other meds for only a short period of time and a liquid diet. and i see some changes already hopefully it will clear up soon. here at the forum you will me a great group of people who are in your shoes and with a great deal of knowlegde. best wishes.

I heard that LDN works really well for a lot of people. I hope it works for you, too! There are a few diets that might help, to go along with LDN. I think the most popular one is SCDiet, but some people use the GAPS diet or the Paleo diet. I'm sure there are others.
