So I have this feeling of pressure, but not like I have to go to the bathroom. Like there is something that needs to get out and if I think about it i'll have to go to the bathroom. But this pressure is really annoying and i'm about to go to school and I have to travel to school for an hour and I can't really sit so long and i'll think about it and i'll panic that I'll have to go to bathroom and then i'll probably have to go to bathroom but nothing will come out. If I didn't explain well, just say because I don't even know every day I feel different. Any tips how to get rid of that pressure would be great!
