So, being anxious would be a sign of intelligence, keep that in mind when you are worried about your life or life in general. It is not the same I'Ve read in french but it tells about the same things. Anxiety has coevolved with human intelligence and allowed the specie to survive. I always told my parent excess of memory was most likely related to "mental problem" due to the fact we can make more links out everything which most likely leads to anxiety imo.

I post this here as I have observed there are many of us treated for anxiety. Might as well see the positive aspect of it!

Along similar lines about anxiety, thought this a nice article about the role processed diets can play in bringing the condition about, and how a less processed diet can sometimes lessen anxiety in animals and in humans.

It makes mention too of something I was not familiar with, zoo gorillas sometimes developing UC while in captivity, along with heart disease and anxiety symptoms when eating a processed diet.

Good read,

I also had read somewhere since anxiety is part of our fight/flight response it is trait that was passed on by our ancestor, those who were able to survive during primitive times!

Unfortunately it can be disabling in today's urban jungle! way too much stimuli!

I believe we are a step ahead in the humankind evolution. We are the super specie of tomorrow. XD
