Anybody heard of this???

:confused2: hiya my girlfriend in process of not knowing whats wron with her and her extreme abdominal pain by the belly button etc constipation . . the big D evrything points to chonrs theyve even seen inflammation twice however this doctor has suggested she might have Visceral hypersensitivity in the bowel causing the pain ect its not well researched into but basically its the brain effecting the nevres and evryting in the bowel? just wondered if anybody with chrons has previoulsy been treated for this or diagnosed?? its commonly associated with IBS but with IBS you have no inflammation right? so just wondered if anyone esle has ever had an expereince with this Visceral hypersensitivity :confused2:
