Anyone else have this problem?

For the past year or so, every time I have a bowel movement I end up having a small amount of feces discharge in my underwear sometime shortly after the initial bowel movement (just liquid form). I over-wipe to try to prevent this, even bought baby wipes to see if it helps, but it's not a lack of proper wiping that is the problem. It doesn't matter if I have diarrhea or formed stools, it always happens. I've gotten to the point where I will wear pads or bring a change of underwear for sanitary reasons. It's not painful, but gross and annoying.

I haven't heard of this as a symptom of Crohn's, but was wondering if anyone else is dealing with it and if anything helped them to stop the problem. Thanks!

you could have overactive mucus in your rectum. we all produce mucus to help the poo slip out easily, you maybe producing too much. just a idea. and the doctor can give you some pills for it, but beareful with them. sharon xx

Thanks for the ideas. I will try some celery for now and keep my fingers crossed.
