Anyone ever eat freekeh?

This weekend I was searching through the various recipes on the internet, I wasn't using any Crohn's filters in my search though (none even exist on most sites...).

Anyway I spotted an interesting ingredient that I've never tried before, freekeh. I did some reading and it's a grain (I already eat pasta made with durum wheat semolina, I was initially avoiding grains for several months but with or without grains, it's no difference to me but every case is different).

I wanted to know if anyone ever tried it. I am slightly alarmed because it supposedly has more fiber than brown rice but there is some difference between it and other grains such as more protein. Not sure if that fiber is soluble, insoluble, or both. And I wonder how much of an enemy fiber is to me...
