Hi Everyone,
I have been thinking about this for a while and wondered if anyone else had probs.
I know some use heat pads for pain and I have an electric blanket which helps my muscle and joint pain when its bad too.
Do any of get really really cold to the core and shivery? - its hard to describe - its like you just cant get warmed up at all and I am cold to touch to the extent can see my hands etc just go white and it takes some time, maybe a couple of hours to come right again. By that time I am so drained I end up sleeping.
It seems to happen to me during the day mid to late afternoon (almost every day) and also early morning (maybe 2-3 times a week). Might just be a body clock thing or maybe I am overdoing it with trying to stay in full time work whilst not good but just wanted to see if anyone else had probs or any ideas. My bloods etc are fine so no infection brewing etc and its a fairly constant thing.
Thanks in advance for any thoughts you might have.
