I've been diagnosed with SIBO via hydrogen breath testing then via biopsy from my duodenum. The strand of bacteria found in heavy overgrowth of staphylococcus aureus... I've had issues for years and believe this is a big part of it. I've been playing round with diet for 12 months and now have finally started antibiotics and some herbals - I'm really hoping this new protocol will help.

Would love to hear any success stories from people have have treated SIBO through diet, antibiotics and/or herbals.

I've heard the Rifiximam + Neomycin is great for constipation prone SIBO and erythromycin as an after treatment for 3 months can help prevent re infection... As well as an SCD/GAPS diet...

Did a search - just lots of potential treatments but no success stories... Also googled the s*#t out if it ;-) Just wanted some personal encouragement and inspiration in dealing with mine... But I hear it ain't easy to get rid of... Thanks for the reply though :)

I think I have SIBO too, no doctors seem to be able to help me.

My symptoms wax and wane and I'm not sure why.

I wish I knew what caused my symptoms to become worse.

I can feel good for over a month and then have a flare up.

I've heard garlic may be able to help so I'm going to be trying that!

If you hear anything let me know.

If I uncover anything on my own I'll report back.
