I have been taking an herbal weight loss pill that is 100% natural ingredients. The person who formulated it (an herbalist) suggested I take Cat's Claw and Chlorella for CD.
Has anyone gone the herbal route with any success?
Thank you!

I've purchased them and have been afraid to start them because I don't know how my body will react to them. I don't want to be at work and constantly be running to the bathroom if that will happen.
My herbalist didn't suggest anything else, but the herb place I went to purchase them at suggested a supplement called Intestinal Soothe and Build. I purchased that too. A chiropractor that I'm really good friends with suggested drinking an aloe vera that can be purchased at Wal-Mart called "Fruit of the Earth". I did some research about that and was unsure about starting it.
Thank you for any input you might have!

I would start one at a time. Maybe give it a month to see if its works or if you have any reactions. This way its much easier to pinpoint whats good and whats a waste of money

Theres also peppermint, ginger, and curcumin (turmeric), but there are many others that other people find to work well

Be very careful with aloe. I do not have IBD or anything close to it and I tried it for a week and it gave me terrible D and cramps. Not saying it is bad, just be cautious :)
