Are red lesions a symptom?

So, I looked at the images from my capsule endoscopy yesterday. While there were no yellowish ulcers like I'd seen in previous tests, there were some strange red marks, possible lesions? Some redness in other places but not to the extent.

Does anyone know anything about this?

Maybe, but I doubt doctors would make a diagnosis based upon them.

Small intestine.
I was diagnosed back in 2010, when there were clear ulcerations. Now it's just those few red marks, but I'm presenting symptoms and now I'm having loose stools which I didn't have before.

And do you take ibuprofen like advil, motrin, etc?

I don't remember. And no, I haven't taken any ibuprofen in over a month.

I had the capsule endoscopy last week, and I only took a few doses of ibuprofen around January 7th when I was having some severe pain and then switched over to nyquil to just... knock myself out which has acetaminophen

Probably not related then. Just in case you didn't know, ibuprofen and IBD are a bad mix.
