Hello folks,
I have been fighting a flare up for several months now. I have quite a bit of inflammation in my small bowel so I have been staying away from fibre.
I was wondering however if making smoothies would bypass the need for my intestines to work too hard? I read a lot about juicing but what about smoothies? Of course I'm thinking about smoothies where there a no seeds; so no raspberries but blueberries blend nicely.
Anyone know if smoothies would work? I'd appreciate any feedback.
Thanks.
