armpit and groin

Hi all I have crohns and fistular and arthritis,but seem to have a strong ache in my armpits and groin,I am not skinny and when I felt under my armpit it doesnt go to a hollow but bulgers out not sure if it is swelling or not as there are glands there. has anybody had any simularities.
I feel stupid asking the doctor and him just saying it is fat,I am a size 16 and 5ft4 but the ache sometimes is painfull.

That does sound like swollen glands, which is a sign of infection. You do need to go to the doctors, because in a worst case scenario it could be something like mumps.

I would defo. have that checked out by a dr. Some meds make you more susceptible to severe infections like lymphoma.
