Article: Needed: A dose of humanity

In my newspaper today there was an article about Julie Devaney, a 22 year old who has done something interesting with her experiences with Ulcerative Colitis. She has written about what she went through as a thesis for her masters in critical disability studies, and she travels sharing this information with medical practitioners so they better understand what a patient goes through.
