Why do drug insurance companies make it their mission in life to be the hemorrhoid I never had?
I just wanted to get things in order before 1/1/11 to avoid headaches as I have new drug coverage but NOOOOOOOOOOO the idiot company won't transfer my current scripts so ALL of my doctors have to call in new ones yet AGAIN.
My Lovenox is a tier 3--the most important drug of all that keeps my blood from clotting so I don't have another stroke. It's a generic and approved already by my hematologist from last year, so what's the @#%$! problem? No, I don't want it mail order so it sits in the snow where I live or gets knocked over by the plow in my mailbox and crushed. I want to pick it up at the pharmacy like I did last year as the dosage changes every 6 months.
I found out from my pharmacist that Medco outsources their customer service and if I call them again (I pray I don't have to)I should insist on talking to someone who speaks English the next time I call them. Lovely.
For the amount of $$$ my poor husband has to pay, you'd think his company would've gotten a plan that supports American jobs. :eek2: thanks for letting me vent.
