Azathioprine side effects

Hi - has anyone experienced headaches as a side effect of azathioprine please? My daughter was switched from methotrexate to azathioprine recently and took her first dose on Monday. She started complaining yesterday evening of a sharp headache running across the top of her head and down the back of her neck and it is still there today. I spoke to our nurse who says it is not normally a side effect of the tablets and is probably a coincidence, but thought I would ask the experts - has anyone else experienced this please? She has also got a lump which appeared yesterday inside her right nostril - also never heard of before as a side effect - are these both coincidences?
