Bad side effects (Which med)

I am currently on 6MP, Pentasa, Budesonide, Promethazine and tramadol.
I just started the 6MP 2 weeks ago. Lately I have been feeling like crap. Lots of nausea and fatigue. Which medicine could be causing this?

I have just posted a thread concerning my medicinal side effects. Sounds like we have similar issues.

I lasted 16 days on Imuran (6-MP family). Nausea, intense stomach pain, vomiting. I have been your other drugs except Tramadol but dont imagine this would cause it.

I would guess the 6MP is the cause of your problems as from plenty of reading it seems about 2 weeks on the effects of these drugs kick. That is if you are to have early side effects. Just be careful as I started with Nausea and fatigue and it only got worse over the last 3-4 days to the point of being unbearable. Contact your GI if you have any concerns.

It's the 6MP most likely. Hang in there though, that should subside.

Yup, it'll be the 6MP. If you can get through the nausea, and your blood tests are okay, it is a good drug. Ask your GI/GP for anti-emetics to help you. Watch out for stomach/abdomen and back pains which indicate more serious side effects.
