Hi everyone,
I recently started MM treatment for my Crohn's (which is currently in remission). Though I live in a non-legal state, I was lucky enough to meet someone who grows different strains specifically for medical purposes. He had a few suggestions but didn't know much about IBD.
What strains are working best for everyone here? I've tried a few, but the only one I can tolerate often is Durban Poison because it's very mild for me and doesn't impair me at all. I've heard indicas are better, but I would be stone cold out! I'd like to stick with a sativa, unless I was only taking it at night.
Also, in your opinion, how often does it need to be inhaled/ingested to be effective? Because I am in remission now and feeling pretty great I don't really need it for pain relief or nausea, per se... More for the anti-inflammatory properties and the lessening of D (even though I am clinically in remission, I've had my terminal ileum and gallbladder removed, so sometimes I still deal with non-painful D). How often are you guys 'par-taking'? Does it get easier to manage the high so that it doesn't feel like you have to take time out of real life? I have too much to do to be couch locked all the time
Thanks for your help and for letting me join!
