Hey, I'm still waiting for a diagnosis lost over 50 pounds at this point. Anyway, I have two spots near my anus that are purple and look like blood blisters. They are about the size of the tip of my pinky, maybe a bit smaller then that. I noticed them because them were soar and I wanted to see what was going on considering everything else. I know they are not an STD because I have only been with my girlfriend. Can anyone tell me if these are normal. They don't stick out and they don't look like a hemroid.

Could be hemorrhoids that have recently started to form. Could also be irritation from frequent bowel movements and wiping (that's common for sure). If they're too painful or start looking worse or don't go away you could show them to your doctor (GI or GP) and they may be able to tell you what they are/how to make them feel better/treat them.

Thanks for your comment. Hopefully, they will notice them when I have a colonoscopy. I'm not planning on showing no one unless threat of death is involved.

I know it is hideous and you don't want to show anyone... but.. you may be wise to point it out if they will be back there doing the scope anyway. Better to get it over than have them not notice and be in pain in a few weeks and have to go back. Wonder if they could be fistulas forming? Mine did not present like that but who knows?
