blood in knickers

Hi everyone I was jupt wondering if anyone has ever gone to go toliet n seen that they have got blood in there knickers I experianced this the other day but hadn't had diareah it wap sort of dark brown reddish in appearance?

Ive been bleeding everytime i go to the toilet for 3yrs now. Normally its only a little bit but on flare ups it can be quite a bit. Had to buy twice as many pants now lol. Docs know about it but said the cuts are too small to bother about
