Healthy snack or tiny berry of death?

Do other IBD folks react badly to these things? If I eat more than a half cup it's an instant all-day bathroom pass.

Quinoa, blueberries and wheat/yeast/gluten (something in baked goods) are my nemesises.

That's a word...

Any fruit with skin and its going to end in lots and lots of pain, cramping, and d. Though I wish it didn't because I love them (and raspberries which I haven't tried out of fear).

Excellent and healthy stuff, especially its european cousin bilberry. Hardly noticeable peel or seeds on those, and much, much more taste. But both are good with no problems. If you eat them in baked goods it could be the other stuff in those... Just pour them as they are in porridge or yoghurt or eat them straight, much better that way. Fresher the better, I like them best straight from the forest!
