Bruising feeling over lower right quadrant

I had surgery about a yr ago for crohns. I've noticed recently that at night when I lie on my back i have a bruising pain at the surgery site, lower right quadrant.also i've noticed when i havent eaten in awhile i get this bruising pain feeling also in my lower right quadrant. i do have D 5-7 x/day.


any ideas on what this is? possibly scar tissue? any way to get rid of this pain? I'm on cimzia now. i'm worried that this may interfere w/my busy summer ahead.

I wonder if you have a partial blockage or a hernia developing. Perhaps an adhesion. Might be a good idea to have your doc take a look. Could be something as simple as scar tissue or more serious like an abcess brewing---hope not. Best to you.
