I've been using Budenofalk foam for a few weeks. The doctor told me to stop using them because I was going on a 8 week Pred.
They told me I could stop the meds without any kind of taper.
Now the symptoms have been getting worse and worse while on Pred.
(From 1-3 times a day to toilet to 15-20 times, only little blood, toilet visits feel like an ab workout)
Last night I've used the Budenofalk foam enema again and i already feel so much better.
Normaly I got 2-4 times to the toilet at night, last night it was 0 and I slept solid from 12 to 10 :O
I'm wondering if the symptoms were getting worse because I stopped the budesonide without tapering down first ?
Edit: I used foam because only the last 15cm of my colon is inflamed.
