Bye Bye Gallbladder

I had a laproscopic cholecystectomy yesterday. My surgeon said when he got in there and visualized it it was covered in adhesions from long term inflammation which I find funny because I am only 20. Maybe it has been inflammed since I was born?? Anyway the worst part of recovery is that CO2 gas that has decided to settle in ny shoulders. Anybody else on here had their gallbladder removed?

I got mine removed in November. I had been diagnosed with Crohn's three yeras earlier. They said the same thing there was no stones just long term inflammation (only 23). After that it got me wondering how much of my symptoms where from which part of my intestines!!

I am so glad it is out now, most of my 'crohn's' symptoms cleared up when they took it out and now my diet is much more varied.
