Ozboz Joined Jun 20, 2012 Messages 842 Nov 11, 2016 #1 Does anyone use cacao here I bought some organic cacao powder at the supermarket the other day. It says it has anti-inflamitory properties but on the other hand I read it can irritate the gut lining as well so not sure what to do here.

Funny thing with that turmeric in capsule form upset's my guts and make's them irritated. But with curcumin I have no trouble go figure.
