Hi!!!

I'm from Puerto Rico and 24 yrs old. I have Cronhn's since 4 years ago. I am in a treatment with Asacol and Entocort. Last year, I thought I was pregnant and have a blood test to confirm it, the test was a false positive. This time I think I might be pregnant, but instead of having a blood test I deceded to try with a home pregnancy test that pharmacies sell. The result was a positive one, but then again I don't know if to trust this result or not. I'm 15 days late.

If you could help me with my question I will appretiate it...

Thanks.

Alice,

I have no personal experience with pregnancy and crohn's but I would say

Please ask your doctor this question and I would say let your doctor do the testing for you to confirm. It may mean multiple forms of testing but then again I am no expert in this area so I could be totally off...but...

Heaven forbid you are actually pregnant right now and you are taking meds that could potentially harm the development of the fetus. So if you are concerned you are pregnant I would set up an appointment with your doctor to discuss the matter.

Best of luck!

Hi I would say you are pregnant as have never heard of Crohns affecting a test but you should see your doctor to confirm x
