Can't stop going diarrhea

Ok its noon and I have been the bathroom 10 x today with diarrhea. It's like there is a pouch in my stomach and it won't all come out so I feel like I have to go all the time and it causes cramps but there is nothing I can do about it, except go as it decides to drip out in portions. grrr I seriously need to bulk up in my food intake, i cant deal with this anymore.

its been like this for quite a few days actually but yes exactly i always feel the need to go whether or not i need to actually go, and just had liquid blood in the toilet which cant be good. blood from wiping too much makes sense but i dont know why blood was literally pooped out.

I wish I could tell you what the dr. told me about this. It was something like there is something pressing on the nerve that makes you think you have to go even though you don't.

Yeah when blood just drips out it can really freak you out. I've had nothing but blood and the water looked like red koolaid. Gross.

You will want to make sure that the blood loss isn't making you anemic - I was and had to take iron for a long time.

With CD being able to affect any part of the GI tract (and more than one area at a time) you might have CD affecting your rectom from the symptoms you're describing (referred to as proctitis)...if CD is affecting your rectom (proctitis) then you'll need rectal meds or it will just get worse and take longer for the rectal meds to work...you should see your doc about this.

my GI prescribed me cortisone enema to cool down the inflammation and stop the bleeding, if it doesn't get better who knows
