car with toilet

Newbie - so not sure where to post this exactly.
Close family member has just been diagnosed with crohns. She finds it difficult to travel and has to plan a route where she knows where the loos are.
Many years ago I knew someone who had a small Citroen van with a chemical toilet fitted.
Does anyone have experience of this, the best vehicles etc?
Many thanks

I didn't use mine that much, but I did have it in the back of my minivan just in case.
It was just a kid's training potty, and I lined it with a double plastic shopping bag with 2 folded up paper towels in it (made 8 layers). It really came in handy when experiencing a bad flare and traveling with the family one summer. I even used it on the way to work a few times.

I have a buck enclave and my porta potty fits perfectly between the b
2nd row bucket seats. I could not function without it. I'm in Missouri, USA.

Motorhomes are the best for traveling. Our 1st was a 21 foot Super B and it was great. I love traveling in a motorhome...it's like your own private porta-potty except the only germs are your own. Don't even have to pull over once you get your C Legs.
