Hello,

The more I read about CBD the more I am convinced it might help me fight my crohn's. I really want to try it and am currently in europe, where apparently CBD is legal because it is not a psychoactive drug.

Does anybody know where I can buy CBD online in europe? Also how much should I be taking?

Thanks

Hi there,

I'm in Europe (United Kingdom) and looking to try out CBD also. I'm really new to this so just doing as much research as possible at this stage.

So far I've been emailing Endoca and Mary's Nutritionals.

This is what Endoca recommended:

he product which is often ordered is our 20% Raw CBD paste together with our 20% CBD Decarb paste. These customers take 0,5 gram of each paste every day so in total 1 gram. It is recommended to use it up to 3 times daily before any meal.
We often ship to UK it should not be an issue

Our pastes should be placed under the tongue, held for 60 seconds and then swallowed. It is the most effective way to use them. Of course you can mix them with edibles as well.

This is what Mary's Nutritionals recommended:

We do have a Nutritional line of products that are high grade CBD with a low enough THC content that we can ship them throughout the US. Many people do use these for pain relief and we have had positive feedback. For Crohn's disease , many use the CBD compound cream and massage it into the abdomen, while others use the CBD transdermal patch and the cream in conjunction with it if needed.

The compound cream I mentioned to you is a transdermal product. By way of transfer agents we use, it is carried through the skin and into the blood stream without any digestive enzymes decreasing the potency. The same is true , of course, with the Transdermal patch that I also mentioned. We do have a capsule form of CBD and CBN but for the most part, the feedback we have is in favor of the transdermals. This is the information I am allowed to pass on to you. Because of rules and regs, as a company we are not permitted to prescribe but only suggest based on feed back.

Please let me know how you get on, it's good to hear from someone else in the same position as me.

The only symptom I have at the moment is night sweats, so at least that's something to experiment with since I don't think my GI would agree with this.
