Looks like it is an antibody to one of the proteins that make up the bacterial flagellum. The flagellum is like a tail -- not all bacteria have them, but many do. It helps them move around. Anyway, there are lots of proteins in the flagellum, and humans make antibodies to a wide range of them as part of the normal immune response. This particular antibody has been linked to Crohns.
