In the last 6 months since my diagnosis I haven't eaten any chipotle and was just wondering if any of you have problems with it and if you don't what do you get?

I would be afraid not knowing what to eat but I'm also low fiber. I guess rice and chicken wrap is safe but the salad and beans would make me nervous. I don't really go so not familiar with the options.

I eat there once in awhile. I usually just get a chicken burrito with rice and a little of the mild salsa, nothing fancy. As long as I'm doing well Crohn's wise, I never really have any problems after eating there. As already mentioned, I'd stay away from things like cheese, sour cream, beans, and spicy salsas.

In my experience. I can't eat there. I had a bite of my boyfriends burrito and I was in the bathroom half an hour later. And I was in remission, so normally foods like that didn't bother me.

I actually like Chipotle as their food is pretty fresh for a chain and they try to use local ingredients wherever possible. If I'm doing really well, I get the barbacoa (spicy beef) burrito with brown rice, guacamole, lettuce, cheese, and mild salsa. If I'm not doing as well, I get the pork (because it's simply spiced) and skip out on the cheese. The guacamole is great, though, and avocados are a super smart food--yay for healthy fats.
