Cimzia and CRP increase! Help!

please help! I started Cimzia about 2 months ago. Since starting, my CRP high sensitivity test has tripled! Why?? I don't feel any worse than I did two months ago. I switched from Humira because I developed antibodies. Does anybody have any experience with this? I just read my test results tonight and I have contacted my dr but it's a weekend so I'll have to wait a few days at least. I'm a worrier and also trying to conceive so if something is wrong I want to know now.
