Cimzia and exhaustion?

I have just done my 3rd set of shots and I am wiped out. I am done with all the "loading " doses and now will start on the 1 time a month ones.. But walking seems to much for me. Grabbing a gallon of milk seems heavy.. driving takes too much energy and I have to force myself to do much of my normal life skills..
After first set I was ok.. just a little tired but as I increase the drugs in my body I am getting weaker.. I just finished with my period and wonder if that's the reason.. I know I am anemic.
So thankful for meds though.. going without drugs was awful and almost killed me in November.. I now take this disease very seriously..

anyone else notice these symptoms..?
