Cimzia versus Humira?

Any thoughts on the differences between these two drugs, cimzia and humira? I've been advised to choose one. I've previously been on humira. Shouldn't I just go back to humira? what is this cimzia?

Why did you stop Humira? - because all things being equal, I'd give it another try so leaving Cimzia as a future option.

well I stopped Humira before the resection surgery (Jan 2011) so my immune system would be strong for surgery. The doc wanted to put me back on it, but I refused and my parents want me to be drug free too. But the inflammation is just coming back (per MRI) so I cannot stay drug free forever. I'm leaning towards entocort, try a pill for six months, try and eat better, until my next colonsocopy. If the inflammation is better, then great, if not, then I go back on humira or cimzia. But the doctr wants me on something stronger than entocort.

There are so many variables and only limited options with this disease, that really if my GI said something stronger then I'd believe him. I've done the 'can I try sticking to the diet for a while' to my detriment.
Unless you went on Humira with the sole purpose of trying to stave off surgery, which didn't work, then something stronger or adjuctive therapy would I think be more sensible. YMMV/etc.
