My sister and mother make this with two different variations. Cindy is always watching her weight so she uses, "Miracle Whip," whereas mom will use only mayo, either way it's tasty.

Cindy/Jane 's Shrimp Salad

Makes 12 or more servings

Dressing:

2 cups mayonnaise and 1 cup French Dressing, or 3 cups Miracle Whip salad dressing
6-oz. bottle of chili sauce
1 onion, diced (I take the onions out as they wreck havoc with my digestion)
3 pickles diced, or 2 tablespoons pickle relish
3 hard-boiled eggs, diced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Salad:

4 cups uncooked macaroni
1/2 cup diced celery (only if you can handle it)
2 cups of fresh shelled shrimp meat, or 2 (7oz.) cans of shrimp
1 onion, diced (only if you can handle it)
3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 green pepper, diced (optional and if tolerated)

1. Combine all dressing ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate overnight.

2. Cook macaroni according to directions. Drain and let cool. Add celery (if using), shrimp, onion (if using), eggs, and green pepper (if using).

3. Mix together with the chilled dressing and refrigerate until ready to serve.
