Just to give a bit of background information first....
Symptoms since September 2013
Diagnosed (Crohn's) September 2014, terminal ileum, ascending colon and descending colon
Tests - bloodwork, colonoscopy, MRI, endocope (all within the last 6 months)
Medications - current on 9mg entocort, 4.8mg mesalamine, 2mg mesalamine suppository and 25mg imuran (to be slowly increased until I am taking 150mg total)

Now for my question lol
My gi doc says I am in clinical remission, but I still get the odd day of Diarrhea, around 3-4 times a day, is it normal to be in remission and still have bad days? Or should I have completely normal stools while in remission?

Also! I need some tips on hemorrhoids! I have had 2 children and with all the diarrhea I have had, it feels like they are constantly inflamed, it is awful! Any advice? Lol

Everyone including people without IBD have "off" days, occasionally eat something that doesn't agree with them, etc., so it stands to reason that we might too. Personally, I'd put the most stock in imaging results as the marker of how my gut inflammation is doing. It might be worth logging those episodes and what you ate, stress, etc. to see if there is any correlation that you could follow up with (like lactose intolerance or a food allergy).

Clinical remission is not deep stable remission. It is the easiest to reach and means that your labs are coming back into normal range and there is a decline in symptoms. Those who reach deep stable remission with mucosal healing have reached clinical, endoscopic(visual) and histological(biopsies or at the cellular level) remission.

You may want to use our wiki forum to read about the different types of remission.

Oooh play. Well then that makes sense to me! I didn't realize their was different degrees of remission. Thanks for the replies :)
