Colonoscopy + obstruction

I would like to know how do they get rid of an obstruction during a colonoscopy cause my doc said there is 2 types of obstructions one thats from inflamation and one from scar tissue so if it's one or the other how do they get rid of the obstruction.

I guess we're talking about balloon dilation. I think they literally push a balloon up there and inflate it to stretch your bowel back to its normal size. I found a YouTube video if you can stomach watching it ;-)
