Colonoscopy prep with dulcolax and miralax

So i went to my first dr's appointment today and she said she thinks i do have crohn's so idk if that is good news or bad news cause i guess it answers some of my questions but then...idk I have a colonoscopy scheduled for tuesday which my prep is dulcolax and miralax so anyone had that prep or any prep let me know its my first. I am a little nervous about the procedure and prep. They took blood and i have to do a stool sample which doesn't look too fun either lol! Any input will be greatly appreciated just looking for people to talk to!

Hey there well im sorry for the news but atleast your off and running already and making some progress. Its completely normal tp be nervous but id like to tell you the worst part is the prep haha ive never had a problem at all with the test itself. For the prep make sure you have everythong u need like the jello if allowed and ice water and whatever else before cause you wont be going anywhere that night haha. Where loose pants too no belts! I dont remember which prep that one is but neither one ive done tastes all that great. I cheated with both my preps by chasing my drinks with lemonade cause it overpowered the other tastes. The drinks are also not as bad if u get them really cold in the fridge first i found. Im sure youll be on great hands when you get there and make sure you ask any questions about anything your worried or concerned about. Good luck!

Thanks so much i haven't ate anything today and its 430pm and i still have to do the stool sample and i don't want to do that it is not gonna be fun lol!! I want to wait till my daughter's father gets home she is 2 and she follows me where ever i go so i don't think i want her in there when i am doing that lol! Even though she is used to following me to the bathroom up to 15 times a day....

Haha well if i may suggest a cafeteria style fry tray works well or paper bowl. They gave me the tray the first time but it was regected for some reason so i got to do another And used a paper bowl that time haha.
